Libertarian Crusaders

Dedicated to making as many crusader saints as possible.

A crusader holds a shield to defend the WestWe are a group of friends from Virginia who value liberty and wish to encourage like-minded people to stand up and speak out against the tyranny of the State, the Media, and the Academic Elites. We took the first part of our name, “Libertarian,” to reflect our alignment with thinkers like Lysander Spooner, Ludwig von Mises, Frédéric Bastiat, Ayn Rand, and Murray Rothbard. We believe that their work is a crushing blow to socialism and State coercion. We call ourselves “Crusaders” to show our support for defense. Just as the Hospitallers defended Christian pilgrims traveling to the Holy Land, we defend Tradition and our Western values on a pilgrimage to an ordered society.

Virginia Will Save America

Great countries have small beginnings. And America is no different from when it was created by Dutch and English settlers. But it was one settlement in 1607 that would forever change history through punishing trials that would lead to the enshrinement of property rights into its foundations — Jamestown, Virginia. How did those colonists survive? What lessons did they learn? What can we still glean from them today to make the torch of liberty burn brighter? Local historian, Richard Cheatham joins us to discuss lessons learned from Jamestown’s attempts at communal property.
